During his studies, he successfully completed a course in diplomacy at the Washington International Diplomatic Academy in D.C., where he had the opportunity to learn from the experiences and lessons of 24 different American diplomats, including four serving US ambassadors. Subsequently, Yavor successfully completed a course in business negotiations organized by Harvard Business School Online, where, thanks to the extensive experience of his fellow students, he effectively mastered practices employed by managers around the world. Building on his debate experience, Yavor was part of the VMI team that participated in the international military debates competition in San Remo, Italy, where European and American military academies compete. There, he had the opportunity to debate successfully and understand the different approaches of various nationalities in the pursuit of a common goal.
Yavor holds a Master's degree in Behavioral Economics from the The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, graduating with the highest honors. Drawing on his experience in military environments, discussions with his professors and mentors about the need for people who can make decisions and lead their organizations and teams to successfully achieve their goals, as well as his experience with clients of the family company—the Aleksiev Group—he developed a master's thesis on a decision- making model. He is convinced that what lies within us is reflected in our actions toward the world around us. When a person becomes aware of their inner self, along with their biases and attitudes, they become capable of understanding the logical connections between their thoughts and the emotions that engulf their heart. It is for this reason that the model he developed is designed to assist anyone who needs to make an operational or tactical decision.
