Team Intelligence

With great excitement I share with you my new book project the Team Intelligence Model. A book based on a working tool created by my father which has been further refined over the past 30 years. Tens of thousands of people in different business and the military have experienced different versions of it over the years. We developed the current 4.0 version of the diagnostic tool and its report in 2022 and now through the inspiration of my father and our clients’ work results, I have began the work on the book. A book that encapsulates the entire concept of the Team Intelligence Model, its roots in ancient teachings, mythology, mathematics, cosmology, its business application and the successful results of dozens of our business clients. In further detail, it captures the cyclical nature of a team’s development path and the different trajectories a team might choose consciously or unconsciously to follow. The question is how the leader and the team members be aware of it and make an informed decision about what they want from their shared future.
